Sausage and Fried Faux-tatoes

Fry up your favorite sausages; usually 10-15 minutes depending on the size. I like the sweet Italian sausages or bratwursts. Remove the browned sausages,  set aside. In all that lovely grease from frying the sausage, toss in chunked up cauliflower (I like to steam it a bit to soften first, but that’s not necessary.) With the heat on medium high, saute just like you would chipped or cottage potatoes. S & P to taste.

Occasionally I will get some organic red potatoes and use the real thing. Both are equally good to me.
