Smoked salmon cream cheese roll-ups are very pretty and nice for a party, and, most important, delicious. Simply get some smoked salmon (the less expensive kind does just fine for this), and separate the pieces; lay them on a piece of cling film or plastic sheet or similar to form a sheet.
Take softened cream cheese and spread on plain, or better mix with some dried chives/parsley/dill–about 1-2 teaspoons. Spread gently over the salmon sheet, then taking the edge of the plastic wrap begin to roll up, like a jelly-roll, then refrigerate for an hour or so before cutting. Cut into 1/2 inch rounds.
