Salted Chocolate Almond Bark

This couldn’t be easier. Melt 85% Lindt chocolate with 1Tbs butter and pour onto parchment paper or silipat, sprinkle with sliced almonds or other nuts like crushed macadamia nuts, then sprinkle with coarse sea salt. Set in a cool place or refrigerate. Break into pieces. Delicious and even good for you.
