No Whey Coffee

I’m aware many people can’t hand milk proteins in which case whey is not  good for protein;  here’s a no whey version, and a good alternative for regular whey users. This makes a very satisfying  meal replacement, and I enjoy this just as much as the whey version.

1-2 cups strong coffee (my favorite is decaf Columbian)

1/2-1 cup of coconut milk

1-2 T egg white protein or fresh egg whites

1 T cocoa powder

5 drops stevia

options:  dash of cayenne for kick; cinnamon; vanilla

Whir it up in your blender for a frothy cappuccino-like coffee drink.
