Morning High Fat Coffee

I start the morning with a cup of decaffeinated coffee blended with HFLC goodies; this is my complete breakfast.

                                    Morning Mocha

1 cup coconut milk (So Delicious unsweetened)

2 T  Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Chocolate Whey

1 tsp cocoa powder

1/4 cup heavy cream

opt: a few drops of stevia

Blend all ingredients, use high speed to froth, pour into a large mug of your favorite coffee.

Opt: a couple dashes of cayenne pepper for a tasty kick.

                       Vanilla Cinnamon Protein Coffee

1 cup coconut milk (So Delicious unsweetened)

2 T vanilla Gold Standard Whey

1 tsp cinnamon

1/4 c heavy cream

Blend well, high to froth, add to a large cup of coffee, and sprinkle with a little more cinnamon. Cinnamon has lots of benefical properties, like it is great for skin.
