Baby Shrimp in Avocado

This is an old favorite of mine, and easy to increase the fat ratio with less shrimp and more mayo and sour cream. I keep frozen baby shrimp on hand, can be a little pricey, but you get several meals from the package.

1/2 to 1 oz shrimps

2T homemade mayo

2t sour cream

1t dill pickle finely chopped

1/2t paprika

1/2 avocado

Opt: dash of onion powder

Mix the shrimp with the other ingredients and let sit a bit if time permits. To serve spoon the shrimp over avocado half. I removed the avocado from the shell with a large spoon.
