Dark Chocolate Bark My Way

I love dark chocolate, especially with salt or chili, so today I grabbed what was at hand for a simple bark.

1 serving

Lindt 99% dark chocolate (8 small squares) 15 grams

pecan pieces (Trader Joe’s dry roasted pecans) 20g

Coat a glass custard cup or sauce with coconut oil or butter: put in the pecans and dark chocolate  and melt in microwave for 30-60seconds.  Sprinkle lightly with coarse salt and 1/8t erythritol or stevia or cayenne pepper.

Options: a few slice almonds or walnuts are good instead of pecans, but pecans have a higher fat ratio.
